# Nile

> Nile is agentic commerce infrastructure. It gives a consumer brand its own AI
> salesperson so its products can be found, recommended, and bought inside
> ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI assistants. Nile is paid only on
> completed, attributed sales.

## What Nile does

- Ingests a brand's catalog and restructures it into agent-readable context, because
  product pages written for Google search do not give an AI agent enough structure to
  shortlist a product.
- Represents the brand across AI surfaces and agentic rails (including ACP and UCP).
- Keeps the merchant as merchant of record: the sale completes on the brand's own
  store and checkout, and the brand keeps the customer relationship.

## Pricing

Commission-only, cost-per-sale (CPS). Commission ranges from 2% to 15% of a completed,
attributed sale. There is no setup fee, no retainer, and no monthly platform fee. Nile
does not charge per click.
