To facilitate AI Agent interactions with your product listings, including generating structured metadata for agent discoverability.
To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and promotional materials. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
To comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights and safety of Nile and our users.
With AI Services and Commerce Channels: We share product listings, approved brand context, and the minimum order or attribution data needed to distribute your catalog, support agent interactions, and measure channel performance.
With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
With Business Partners: We may share aggregated, anonymized data with partners for research, marketing, or analytical purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
